Overview

The OR Staff RN for Bone & Joint at OhioHealth is responsible for providing general nursing care to patients within perioperative and operating room settings, ensuring a high standard of practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. This role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, along with collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments
  • Document planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes
  • Evaluate and document responses to nursing interventions
  • Participate in process improvement activities for clinical quality and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
