Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neuro-Ophthalmologist to join a seasoned clinical partner in a busy department. The position includes responsibilities for teaching medical students and ophthalmology residents, with opportunities for clinical research.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in neuro-ophthalmology
  • Teach medical students and ophthalmology residents
  • Participate in clinical research
  • Collaborate within a multi-specialty healthcare team
  • Utilize the EPIC medical record platform for patient management

Required skills

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Neuro-Ophthalmology
  • Medical education and teaching experience
  • Surgical skills in ophthalmology
  • Clinical research experience (preferred but not required)
