Staffworks Group is seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Laborers to support production operations. This role involves hands-on manufacturing tasks, machine operation, quality checks, and general labor duties to support daily production goals. No prior manufacturing experience required; training is provided. Shift: 2nd Shift $18.00 per hour Location: CMWA Facility Key Responsibilities: Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficientlyLoad, unload, and inspect automotive wheel componentsPerform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specificationsKeep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazardsFollow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company work instructionsAssist with material handling, basic assembly, and production line tasksReport any equipment issues, defects, or concerns to supervisorsMaintain consistent attendance and meet daily production requirements Qualifications: Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of timeComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and safetyAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsReliable attendance and punctuality requiredPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Schedule: Multiple shifts availableOvertime may be required based on production needs Benefits: Weekly payHealth, dental, and vision benefits availableOpportunity for long-term employment and advancement
