Qualifications1-3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment.High School Diploma or GED (completed and verified prior to start).Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.Reliable attendance and ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.Commitment to safety and adherence to all pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Experience with troubleshooting, production yields, cGMP, and ISO standards preferred.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
