Overview

The Operations Turret 3rd Shift at Loomis is a crucial role focused on maintaining security and safety protocols for the facility and its personnel. The position requires managing access control, responding to customer communications, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the shift, which runs from 11 PM to 7 AM, seven days a week.

Key responsibilities

  • Control and monitor access to the building and surrounding grounds
  • Verify authorization credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors
  • Maintain situational awareness of facility activity and report suspicious behavior
  • Distribute safety and security communications to personnel
  • Handle inbound customer communications and special route requests
  • Maintain continuous communication with route personnel
  • Generate and distribute ETA reports for route status
  • Coordinate special services and manage account pick-ups
  • Assist with ATM-related operational issues
  • Notify supervisors of operational disruptions
  • Maintain a detailed dispatcher's log
  • Prepare and distribute branch operational reports

Required skills
