Overview

Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee production and warehouse operations in Perrysburg, Ohio. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to manage daily activities, coach team members, and drive operational performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the production and warehouse team members on 2nd shift
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
  • Direct and manage 2nd shift production and warehouse operations
  • Ensure daily production goals and operational objectives are achieved
  • Monitor workflow and staffing to maximize productivity
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety policies
  • Track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work onsite in Perrysburg, Ohio, and regularly on 2nd shift
