Overview

The Operations Specialist at Lowe Law Group is essential for the smooth daily functioning of the firm, supporting various departments through tasks such as audits, front desk coverage, and mail processing. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in organized, fast-paced environments and understand the significance of details in operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide front desk and phone support
  • Handle mail and document processing accurately
  • Perform daily audits to assist Intake and firm operations
  • Complete reception and claim opening requests for teams
  • Monitor inactive cases and notify Medicaid as needed
  • Support firmwide operational requests and special projects
  • Identify and escalate issues to minimize firm risk
