Job Description

Overview

The Operations Partner at See Rock City Inc is responsible for providing operational support by directing guest traffic in parking areas and maintaining the grounds and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment. This role focuses on enhancing guest experience through excellent service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers
  • Model professional and respectful interactions with guests and partners
  • Open and close trails in accordance with procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of all grounds, ensuring they are free of litter
  • Monitor guests and provide directions or assistance as needed
  • Clean and service restrooms regularly
  • Direct traffic in parking areas as guided by management
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for special events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance or related environment
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a commitment to guest service
  • Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Basic math functions using American money
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What the company offers

  • $13.25-$13.30 hourly wage
