You'll have the opportunity to influence operations strategy, develop talent, improve processes, and make a measurable impact on business performance.What You'll DoAs Operations Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing operations and lead a team responsible for Assembly and Machine Shop activities. You will partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include:Lead all Assembly and Machine Shop operationsDrive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity performanceDevelop and execute manufacturing strategies that support growth and profitabilityLead production planning and execution to meet customer commitmentsCoach, develop, and mentor manufacturing supervisors and production teamsDrive accountability through KPI management, visual controls, and daily operating reviewsLead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with Engineering to improve manufacturability, throughput, and product qualitySupport workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and employee developmentConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsParticipate as a key member of the site leadership teamWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment5+ years of experience leading manufacturing teamsProven success improving productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and cost performanceStrong leadership and team development skillsExperience managing KPIs and driving operational resultsExperience working with ERP/MRP systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or a related fieldExperience managing both assembly and machining operationsLean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma experienceKnowledge of ISO quality systems and manufacturing process controlsBilingual English/SpanishThe Ideal CandidateYou are a hands-on leader who knows how to build accountability while developing people.
