Overview

Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations within their manufacturing team in Carmel, Indiana. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations management, leadership, and customer service, along with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Manage customer relations to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Provide sales support to help meet and exceed targets
  • Oversee inventory management for optimal stock levels

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry
