Overview

Securemedy Inc is a growing security services provider looking for an Operations Manager to assist the Director of Operations. This role involves overseeing operational tasks in the DC/MD Region, ensuring compliance with staffing requirements, and enhancing field site operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Support real-time field operations and manage staff scheduling
  • Communicate daily operational status and staff updates to the Director of Operations
  • Review daily Quality Control Reports and handle deficiencies
  • Monitor GPS tracking and dash cam notifications for safety compliance
  • Conduct payroll reviews and ensure accuracy of entries
  • Develop training materials and provide training as needed

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Track Tik, Linxup GPS Tracking Solutions, and Dash Cam Solutions
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel
  • Education in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field preferred
