This role drives operational consistency, process standardization, and accountability across all locations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives are achieved. Working closely with facility leadership teams, the Operations Manager develops leaders, implements best practices, aligns operations across branches, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that support efficiency, growth, and operational excellence.Essential Functions:Operational LeadershipProvide overall leadership and direction for production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations across four manufacturing facilities.Ensure facilities consistently meet production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.Lead facility management teams to achieve operational goals while maintaining high employee engagement.Process Improvement & StandardizationDevelop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures across all branches.Establish consistent production, shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, labor efficiency, throughput, and custo
