Overview

The Residence Inn by Marriott in Prescott is looking for an adaptable and service-oriented Operations Manager to lead a collaborative hotel operation. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, supporting various operational areas while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team accountability.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and support all operational departments
  • Participate in MOD coverage and maintain hotel leadership presence
  • Support housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness standards
  • Assist with the presentation and oversight of outdoor amenities
  • Track preventative maintenance programs and coordinate vendor support
  • Support front desk operations and guest communication
  • Coach and support team members across departments
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
