Overview

As an Operations Leader at Legendary Dogs, you will ensure efficient and effective operations at store locations. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing inventory, maintaining organizational systems, and supporting the front of house team to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving, storing, and organizing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage reorder processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and restocking of products.
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage shipment processing including unpacking, labeling, and storing products.
  • Assist front desk team with inventory-related queries and customer requests.
  • Collaborate with sales team to adjust inventory levels based on demand.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, addressing discrepancies.
  • Monitor expiration dates of perishable products and ensure proper rotation.
  • Lead and train back of house staff on operational procedures and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and participate in team meetings.
