Overview

As an Operations Leader at Legendary Dogs, you will be responsible for managing inventory and supporting the operational efficiency of store locations. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth customer experience by overseeing back of house operations and collaborating with the front desk team.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage reorder processes
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems to comply with safety standards
  • Assist front desk team with inventory-related queries
  • Collaborate with sales team to adjust inventory levels based on demand
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Monitor expiration dates of perishable products to minimize waste
  • Lead and train back of house staff on operational procedures
  • Foster teamwork and communication among team members
