Overview

As an Operations Leader at Legendary Dogs, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our store locations in Indianapolis. This role focuses on managing inventory, maintaining organizational systems, and supporting the front of house team to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and organizing of inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage reorder processes.
  • Implement organizational systems to maintain cleanliness and compliance.
  • Assist the front desk team with inventory-related queries.
  • Collaborate with sales team to adjust inventory levels based on demand.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
  • Lead and train back of house staff on operational procedures.
  • Participate in regular team meetings for continuous improvement.
