Overview

Operations Coordinator (.6 FTE)Essential ResponsibilitiesRegistrar & Student RecordsMaintain accurate and confidential student academic records.Manage student information systems and maintain data accuracy across school transcript requests, records transfers, graduation records, and other academic administration with student scheduling, enrollment reporting, and academic record management.Ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements, accreditation standards, and authorizer requirements.Business Operations & FinanceAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.Coordinate tuition management systems.Maintain vendor contracts.Prepare reports and documentation as needed.Maintain records related to background checks, personnel files, incident reporting, and other compliance requirements.Administrative SupportProvide excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty, and visitors.Participate in school events and activities as the mission, values, and Christian character of the school in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.Qualifications and ExpectationsProfess and model a sincere Christian faith and support the school's Statement of Faith, mission, and educational philosophy.Demonstrate a servant-hearted approach to administration and customer service.Serve as a Christlike role model in character, speech, and conduct.Possess strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Maintain professional standards of conduct, collaboration, and confidentiality.Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, student information systems, financial software, and office technology.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, administration, accounting, education, or a related field preferred.Experience in school administration, student records management, bookkeeping, business operations, or related fields preferred.Familiarity with classical Christian education, or a willingness to learn and embrace its philosophy, strongly preferred.Desired CharacteristicsCommitment to excellence, accuracy, and faithful stewardship.Ability to establish and maintain orderly systems and procedures.Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.Appreciation for classical Christian education and its mission.Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.Delight in serving students, families, faculty, and administration through effective and dependable administrative support.recblid v3b0b1l9vr1y2mehnianqi46hj1rs0
