This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with team members to support efficient, high-quality productionInspect products to ensure they meet established quality standardsAssemble products according to detailed drawings and specificationsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all work areasFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Adhere to cleanroom protocols to control airborne particles and bioburdenClean and disinfect work surfaces and controlled environments per established schedulesAccurately complete and maintain production and compliance documentationPull inventory for production and return excess materials post-productionReport non-conforming materials, low inventory levels, or compliance issues to the Production SupervisorParticipate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiativesAssist management with the creation, review, and execution of batch production recordsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Operations ManagerQualifications:Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow detailed instructions and proceduresComfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive tasksMust be able to lift up to 40-50 lbsNote: Pay is based on experience.
