ProAmpac is a global leader in flexible packaging with a comprehensive product offering. We are seeking a Flexographic Press Operator for the night shift, responsible for the autonomous and optimized operation of multi-color flexographic printing presses, ensuring product quality and compliance with production standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare production schedules based on orders
  • Select and validate printing materials and inks for each order
  • Set up and operate multi-color flexographic presses
  • Perform colorimetric quality control using a spectrophotometer
  • Coordinate and guide team members in real-time problem-solving
  • Maintain production data and inventory transactions
  • Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards

Required skills

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a lead flexographic press operator
  • Operational mastery of multi-color flexographic presses
  • Knowledge of anilox systems and viscosity
  • Expertise in colorimetric control using a spectrophotometer
  • Familiarity with flexible packaging substrates
  • Experience with ERP production systems
  • Technical training in flexographic printing
  • Fluency in French
