Overview

PURE Property Management is seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a residential property in Portland, Oregon. This role requires the manager to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance while living onsite.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage overall operations of the residential property
  • Coordinate turnover of vacant units and ensure they are maintained
  • Review local market conditions and set rental prices
  • Advertise vacant units and assist with the application process
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
  • Address and resolve resident complaints
  • Monitor lease expiration dates and send renewal notices
  • Document and recommend necessary repairs
  • Supervise onsite staff and maintenance activities
  • Participate in afterhours emergencies and support as needed

Required skills

  • Residential property management experience
  • Understanding of Fair Housing and relevant laws
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Budget planning and preparation experience
