The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, and network issues while helping maintain secure and reliable IT systems.You will also collaborate with our IT team on infrastructure upgrades, ongoing maintenance, and technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with their technical needs in-storeTravel to clients homes and businesses to provide onsite technical supportDiagnose and resolve issues involving servers, desktops, laptops, and other devicesInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and softwareSet up, configure, and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and network cablingTroubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity, and network-performance issuesHelp maintain secure network operations and configurationsPerform routine maintenance, security updates, and system upgradesConduct system backups and assist with data-recovery operationsInstall and maintain peripheral devices, including printers and scannersProvide technical support to customers and team membersDocument service requests, incidents, completed work, and system changesCollaborate with the IT team on network and server infrastructure upgradesCommunicate technical information clearly and professionallyDeliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationshipsEscalate complex technical issues when necessaryQualificationsOne to three years of relevant computer, server, network, or technical-support experienceDegree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related fieldBachelors degree is preferredStrong knowledge of computer hardware and softwareKnowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systemsExperience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting serversFamiliarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking technologiesExperience working with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access pointsStrong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skillsProfessional, reliable, and comfortable working directly with customersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid full Ontario G drivers licenceAccess to a reliable personal vehicle for onsite visitsAbility to successfully complete a criminal background checkRelevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or another recognized network-professional certification, are considered an asset.What We OfferOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive and collaborative work environmentExperience working with a variety of clients and technologiesCompany eventsOn-site parkingStore discountScheduleMonday to FridayWeekends as neededFrench is not requiredHow to ApplyPlease email your rsum and cover letter to with the subject line:Onsite Computer Server and Network Technician ApplicationFor more information, call .
