Growing company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support the employee onboarding process from offer acceptance through the new hire's first day. This is a great opportunity for someone with some HR or onboarding experience who is looking to grow their career in human resources. Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires Prepare and maintain new hire paperwork and personnel records Ensure required documents and forms are completed accurately and on time Communicate with new hires throughout the onboarding process Coordinate background checks, screenings, and other pre-employment requirements Partner with HR and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems Qualifications: Some prior HR or employee onboarding experience required Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional, approachable, and team-oriented By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
