Responsibilities: Engage with resort guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and vacation ownership opportunities. Promote and schedule resort tours for qualified guests and current owners. Clearly communicate available incentives and promotional offers. Build rapport with guests and respond effectively to questions and objections. Coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure smooth scheduling and guest transitions. Meet individual and team tour-booking goals. Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing Massanutten Resort. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching and speaking with guests. Customer service, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience preferred. Goal-oriented and motivated to work in a performance-driven environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable, professional, and enthusiastic. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
