You'll work with multiple classrooms, gaining valuable teaching experience and building lasting relationships in one consistent setting.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learningAssign lessons and follow the classroom lesson plansMaintaining a safe learning environmentUtilize a variety of learning methods to enhance students learning experiences and support them as neededQualifications:Minnesota Teachers LicenseBachelor's degree or higherApplicants must have professional proficiency in EnglishUS Work Authorization - Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for an employment visa or relocation assistance at this time.Physical Requirements:Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the dayAble to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application processPreferred Qualifications:Tier 3 or 4 MN teaching licenseSalaryPay: $180 - $210/day, paid weekly.Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).Benefits:Weekly payPaid Sick Leave401K (certain eligibility criteria)Don't wait!
