Job Description

Overview

Noble Oil Services is seeking an Oil Sales and Service Rep II in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a company vehicle to pick up used oil, water, and antifreeze from various customers while ensuring compliance with D.O.T. requirements and overseeing vehicle maintenance. The position also includes providing information on and sales of other company services.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a company vehicle daily to collect used oil, water, and antifreeze
  • Perform daily inspections of the vehicle
  • Complete log sheets and service receipts
  • Use a Halogen Detector to assess oil or antifreeze contamination
  • Monitor inventory on the truck
  • Provide sales leads for additional services
  • Communicate with Customer Service and Recovery Services Departments
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid Class A or B CDL license
  • Two years of commercial route driving experience or equivalent military experience
  • Excellent driving record
  • Ability to obtain hazardous and tanker endorsements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to read maps and work independently
