Overview

Quad is seeking an experienced Offset Second Press Operator for its Cedarburg, Wisconsin location. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the press along with auxiliary equipment, while also directing the press crew and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the press based on provided instructions
  • Establish and maintain color and mechanical quality to BPC standards
  • Continuously monitor product quality and approve or reject
  • Direct and coordinate activities of assigned crew members
  • Perform make-ready duties and complete required maintenance
  • Document job requirements both electronically and on paper
  • Train employees for coverage and future positions
  • Follow safety policies and report hazards immediately
