Overview

Quad is seeking an experienced Second Press Operator to join their team in Sussex, WI. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the press and auxiliary equipment, while ensuring quality control and directing crew activities during production.

Key responsibilities

  • Set-up, operate, and maintain the press and related equipment
  • Direct and coordinate activities of the press crew
  • Establish and maintain color and mechanical quality to standards
  • Monitor product quality and approve or reject as necessary
  • Perform general maintenance and lubrication tasks
  • Complete required documentation for assigned jobs
  • Provide training for crew members
  • Follow safety policies and report hazards or accidents
