Job Description

Overview

Quad is seeking an experienced Second Press Operator for their Sussex, WI location. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the press and related equipment, while directing the activities of the press crew to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the press based on written instructions
  • Establish and maintain color and mechanical quality to BPC standards
  • Continuously monitor product quality and approve or reject as necessary
  • Direct and coordinate activities of assigned crew members
  • Perform make-ready duties and general maintenance tasks
  • Complete required documentation for assigned jobs
  • Provide training for crew members
  • Follow all safety policies and report potential hazards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills
