Society Insurance is seeking an experienced Office Services Processor to join our team in the geographic area of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This position works with machines and systems to process incoming and outgoing mail as well as indexing and imaging documents. In this position, you will work with a team of other office service processors, plus other internal and external customers to get work done. About the Role Processes incoming and outgoing mail.Sorts, separates, and delivers mail. Prepares mail and other documents for imagining and indexing.Loads electronic evidence into claim files. Prepares and tracks packages with mailing suppliers. Part-time Receptionist duties such as:Greets and directs visitors.Answers phones and directs calls to appropriate departments. Addresses routine day-to-day problems or coordinates with Office Services Processor II and Administration Services Manager to obtain solutions.Supports continuous improvement by serving as a subject matter expert (SME).Heavy (up to 50 lbs.) lifting occurs weekly; light (up to 10 lbs.) lifting occurs frequently.Requires the use of hands and arms to reach and feel for the equipment used with this position.Long periods of standing and walking.Pushing a mail cart occurs frequently.
