Overview

Anglin Consulting LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the role of Office Manager in Sugar Land, Texas. The Office Manager will oversee daily operations within the clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting patients and staff involved in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment for various developmental disorders.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.
  • Monitor and direct the flow of treatment within the clinic.
  • Manage office supplies and treatment material inventory.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail, fax, and deliveries.
  • Guide staff in adhering to company policy and procedures.
  • Assist in developing office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with office layout planning and managing IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain staff schedules and coordinate parent and clinician schedules.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
