Job Description

Overview

Youth Villages is seeking a part-time Office Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts, responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This individual will support various administrative functions while working closely with a dedicated team focused on helping children and families succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Order and maintain office supplies and safety equipment
  • Complete onboarding tasks for new hires
  • Update the staff directory quarterly
  • Observe office conditions and coordinate maintenance repairs
  • Organize office events and requests catering
  • Maintain DASH oversight and report damages
  • Support office operations including data entry and taking meeting minutes
  • Maintain subcontractor contracts and manage invoices
  • Reconcile petty cash
  • Coordinate yearly fire extinguisher checks
  • Travel to nearby offices if necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Office management or administrative work experience (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
