Overview

Tranquility Aesthetics is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee daily operations at their medical spa in Lexington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and medical spa operations, preferably with experience as an esthetician, to ensure an exceptional client experience in a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily front office operations and staff scheduling
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive client experience
  • Assist with client consultations and recommend skincare products and treatments
  • Support the clinical team and ensure smooth workflow throughout the spa
  • Handle appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain inventory of skincare products and supplies
  • Drive retail sales through product knowledge and client education
  • Ensure compliance with spa policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently

Required skills

  • Previous experience working in a medical spa
  • Licensed esthetician preferred
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling software and office management
  • Sales experience with skincare products is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
