Mercy Home Care Ltd is seeking a part-time Office Manager in Burnsville, Minnesota. The role involves overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring an efficient work environment, and providing support to human resources initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain organized administrative systems
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate purchasing activities
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Coordinate employee schedules, meetings, and company events
  • Manage office calendar and schedule conference calls
  • Facilitate communication among different departments
  • Plan and execute company and employee schedules, events, and meetings

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of office management and administrative experience
  • Experience in home care industry and compliance procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Bilingual communication in English and Spanish (asset)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field or equivalent experience
