Join Trust 1 Services as an Office Manager, a key leadership role focused on keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment. You will oversee the office team, manage customer service representatives, and handle internal processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the office team for seamless daily operations
  • Oversee customer service representatives and support customer satisfaction
  • Manage office facilities to ensure an organized and efficient workspace
  • Coordinate with the Lead Specialist team to improve operational efficiency
  • Handle customer escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Implement and maintain internal systems for better workflow and communication
  • Develop and execute office policies aligned with company goals and values

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or operations
  • Experience supervising customer service employees
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven leadership and team accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling customer service issues
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in HVAC or plumbing industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is beneficial
