Overview

Trilogy Financial is looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support daily business operations in their San Diego branch office. The role involves overseeing office administration, acting as the main point of contact for clients and advisors, and ensuring smooth communication and processes within the firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch office.
  • Act as a liaison between advisor teams and various departments.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing paperwork.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of transfers and funding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare for regulatory audits and manage confidential information.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide solutions and creative problem-solving to support advisors.

Required skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • 3-7 years of office experience.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
