Join the Best-One team as an Experienced Off-the-Road Tire Service Technician in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role involves repairing and replacing a variety of off-the-road tires while operating specialized tools and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Remove, install, and perform repairs on off-the-road equipment tires.
  • Separate and reassemble tires onto wheels safely using specialized equipment.
  • Evaluate tire and rim conditions for repair or replacement.
  • Provide fleet inspections and recommend maintenance to clients.
  • Perform emergency on-site service for OTR tires.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Managers and Sales regarding fleet needs.
  • Operate and maintain service trucks and hydraulic manipulators.
  • Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools in a safe manner.
  • Maintain company vehicles to D.O.T. standards.

Required skills

  • Prior experience with commercial vehicles
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving history
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment
  • Strong detail orientation

  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • High School Graduate or GED preferred
