Overview

Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team in Delta, Colorado. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting while being part of a supportive and positive environment that values your voice and contributions.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients and provide Occupational Therapy as per the physician's order.
  • Manage and supervise Occupational Therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides in client care.
  • Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the Occupational Therapy services offered.
  • Assist with scheduling, transportation, filing, and mailing as needed.
  • Comply with the Occupational Therapy Practice Act in the state.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

Required skills

  • Licensed or registered Occupational Therapist in Colorado
  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy curriculum
  • Minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Compassionate care and patient management skills
