Overview

Holy Cross Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist for their Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic. The role involves evaluating and planning treatment for patients with neurologic, orthopedic, and geriatric conditions while coordinating care with other medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and re-evaluate patients' ability to perform functional skills
  • Plan treatment programs to meet identified goals
  • Communicate with physicians and other professionals for coordinated treatment
  • Contact family members and outside agents as necessary
  • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor, subordinates, and peers
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by supervisor

Required skills

  • Graduate of Accredited School of Occupational Therapy
  • Current National Occupational Therapy Certification/Registration
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida
  • Healthcare & Medical skills
