Overview

Atlas Search is seeking a skilled and compassionate Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Assistant to join their patient-centered practice in Centereach, New York. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment and hands-on experience with women's health procedures, contributing to high-quality gynecologic care.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and routine gynecologic exams
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of women's health and GYN conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory work
  • Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
  • Perform in-office procedures such as IUD insertions/removals and biopsies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient health records
  • Partner with a collaborative care team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required skills

  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a women’s health or gynecology-focused setting
  • Proven proficiency with common GYN procedures (IUDs, Nexplanon, biopsies)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to patient education and holistic care

What the company offers

  • Annual Salary: $120k - $155k based on experience
