Overview

We are seeking an APP Clinical Supervisor (NP or PA) to join a collaborative, patient-centered fertility and reproductive health practice. This leadership role combines hands-on patient care with oversight of a high-performing clinical team to ensure the highest quality, compliance, and patient experience standards.You ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and patient navigators to support individuals and couples through their fertility journey offering personalized, compassionate, and efficient care in a positive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties:Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, test interpretation, and procedures (IUI, HSG, saline sonogram, etc.)Manage treatment plans for IUI and IVF patientsPerform pelvic ultrasounds, baseline and monitoring scansConduct FDA screening and compliance reviewsParticipate in on-call rotation as neededSupervisory Duties:Mentor, coach, and oversee nursing and patient navigator teamsEnsure adherence to regulatory standards (CDC, FDA, AAAASF, CLIA)Participate in audits and inspectionsSupport protocol development, staff training, and quality improvementAddress patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Qualifications Active NP or PA license in good standingExperience in women s health, reproductive endocrinology, or a related specialty preferredStrong leadership and team mentoring skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft OfficeBilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish a plus Why Join Us Supportive, collaborative culture focused on growth and patient care excellenceOpportunity to lead within an innovative, expanding clinical practice
