Overview

Clinity Talent is looking for an APP Clinical Supervisor (NP or PA) to join their fertility and reproductive health practice in Roseville, California. This role integrates hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high standards for patient experience and regulatory compliance while guiding a clinical team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and procedures such as IUI and HSG
  • Manage treatment plans for IUI and IVF patients
  • Perform pelvic ultrasounds and monitoring scans
  • Conduct FDA screening and compliance reviews
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
  • Mentor, coach, and oversee nursing and patient navigator teams
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Participate in audits and inspections
  • Support protocol development, staff training, and quality improvement
  • Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy

Required skills

  • Active NP or PA license in good standing
  • Experience in women's health, reproductive endocrinology, or related specialty preferred
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish a plus
