Overview

Diana Health is seeking an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to serve as the Medical Director within their integrated care model in Beaumont, Texas. The role involves providing full-scope OB/GYN care while collaborating closely with Certified Nurse Midwives and practice leadership, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care, including procedures and surgeries
  • Serve as Medical Director, offering clinical leadership and oversight
  • Support and supervise Certified Nurse Midwives, co-managing cases
  • Develop and review clinical policies and patient education materials
  • Partner with practice leadership on clinical operations
  • Participate in regulatory, accreditation, and quality improvement activities
  • Provide clinical education and collaborate across teams
  • Participate in laborist call shifts and ensure timely patient communications

Required skills

  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Trained in robotics
  • Active DEA license
  • Licensed to practice in Texas upon start date
  • Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
