Overview

Cynet Locums is seeking a permanent Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician for the Mirian Worthy Women's Health Center in Albany, GA, which offers both outpatient and hospital-based deliveries and surgeries. The role involves joining a team of four OB/GYNs and providing comprehensive OB & GYN services within a busy healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN services in a clinical and hospital setting
  • Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and patient care
  • Supervise advanced practice providers (APPs)
  • Engage in teaching opportunities for Family Medicine Residents and CNM students
  • Manage patient flow in clinic with an average of 20 patients per day
  • Provide support in an optional HIV care clinic if desired

Required skills

  • Experience in obstetrics and gynecology
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks and Meditech EMR systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations
  • Team leadership and management skills
  • Willingness to take on call duties and provide in-house support
