Overview

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an academic leader for the Division Chief of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. This role involves leading clinical and investigative programs while ensuring high standards in patient care and medical education within one of the largest residency programs in the country.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead integrated clinical and investigative programs
  • Direct the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
  • Ensure excellence in patient care and medical education for students, residents, and fellows
  • Develop high-impact research that informs clinical practice

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
  • Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Experience in leadership and scholarship
  • Eligibility for Texas medical licensure
