Key responsibilities

  • Support senior attorneys in structuring, drafting, and negotiating real estate transactions
  • Conduct due diligence and coordinate closing processes for real estate deals
  • Prepare and review key transactional documents such as loan agreements and leases
  • Advise clients on real estate and financing matters
  • Collaborate across practice groups to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Required skills

  • JD from a top-tier law school
  • Active Bar Admission in New York
  • 2-5 years of real estate transactional experience
  • Experience representing lenders and borrowers in real estate financings and acquisitions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
