Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in New York, in good standing2 years of substantive experience, exclusively in management-side employment law litigation and counselingDemonstrated experience handling disputes involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and employee solicitation mattersBackground advising clients on terminations, leaves of absence, internal investigations, reductions in force, and employment policiesAbility to advise on employment issues in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transactionsExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to in-person collaboration in the firms New York office Key Responsibilities Represent employers in complex employment disputes, including trade secret, non-compete, and employment mobility mattersAdvise technology and life sciences clients on terminations, leaves of absence, reductions in force, policy review and creationProvide day-to-day counseling to fast-growing companies on compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsManage all aspects of litigation from start to finish, collaborating with attorneys across practices to deliver comprehensive client supportAdvise clients on employment aspects of corporate transactions and restructuring, including M&AConduct internal investigations and provide guidance on related risk management strategies Why Join Us?
