Overview

One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Menlo Park, California, to join their mission of transforming healthcare. This full-time role involves managing a diverse patient panel and providing care in-office and through telehealth, while fostering collaboration within the healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel with various needs including acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education through weekly Clinical Rounds
  • Collaborate with clinical teams through daily huddles
  • Utilize specific clinical training for in-office procedures
  • Obtain additional licensure for virtual primary care as needed

Required skills

  • Advanced Practitioner experience of at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or equivalent
  • State licensed in California
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
  • Strong communication skills and ability to care for diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with technology in healthcare
  • Willingness to adapt behavior to patient needs

  • Base salary range of $164,700 to $175,000 per year
