Overview

SSM Health is seeking a full-time, experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner in Fenton, Missouri. This role focuses on outpatient care with the oversight of an infusion room and offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, emphasizing direct patient interaction with a supportive team of medical oncologists.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient care with infusion room oversight
  • Conduct new patient and patient education visits
  • Manage follow-up office visits
  • Participate in occasional hospital rounding
  • Maintain clinic/patient-facing time and administrative duties

Required skills

  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an Oncology clinical setting
  • Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • Ability to obtain RN and NP licensure in Missouri
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
