Overview

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a part-time role in Palliative Care within Loveland and surrounding areas. The position involves providing high-quality care for patients with chronic and terminal illnesses as part of a supportive and collaborative team focused on excellence and compassion.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical plans of care for patients
  • Perform patient assessments and make recommendations on symptom management
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate with the medical team
  • Coordinate care with attending physicians and other staff
  • Prescribe medication as allowed by state regulations
  • Participate in ongoing education programs and continuum of care

Required skills

  • Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of operation
  • Active DEA license and valid CPR certification preferred
  • Must be a licensed driver
