Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to fill a locum outpatient position in Miami, Florida from June 25, 2026, to July 31, 2026. The role involves working in a concierge-style practice with a manageable patient load and requires an active Florida license and relevant certifications.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Manage a patient load of 6-8 patients per day
  • Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with the Sumo Medical Staffing recruitment team throughout the application and credentialing process

Required skills

  • Active Florida license
  • Board Certification
  • Certifications in ACLS and/or BLS
  • 2 years of experience in primary care
  • Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical records
